Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once your purchase is complete. Please review your order carefully before confirming

Damages and Issues

We stand behind the quality of what we create. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at business@wvvyaudio.com with photos and details. We’ll evaluate and make it right

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, certain items are never eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, EU consumer law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. To exercise this, contact us immediately at business@wvvyaudio.com. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll bear the cost of return shipping unless we specify otherwise. This is the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.

Refunds (Where Applicable)
